Sewer Line Construction
The City has contracted Hall Albert to install a sewer line in our neighborhood (Woodland Heights)
They used our backyard to drill horizontally.  They dug down 19 feet to place the equipment at 15 feet.
This was the construction in our back yard beginning early January until July, 2008.

They routinely get stuck in the mud.
